If you’re a regular follower of Sales Confidence, you’ll know all about our famous annual top 50 lists. Every year, we compile a list of the best sales leaders, individual contributors and companies to work for. This year we’re introducing a new award.
Introducing the Sales Confidence Top 50 SDRs in the UK list
Here’s everything you need to know about the list that will electrify the SaaS sales world.
Who are the best SDRs in your organisation?
Sales Confidence has always been about celebrating the best of SaaS sales, from top to bottom. We love to trumpet the achievements of pioneering sales leaders and innovative companies, but sales teams could not function without those at the start of their journey.
SDRs play an essential role in a sales team. They are at the sharp end, smiling and dialling every day. They are the ones that book the meetings were the individual contributors can work their magic. And of course, SDRs are the sales leaders of the future.
We want you, the Sales Confidence community, to tell us about the SDRs who make their impact felt by everyone in the sales team. We want you to tell us about the people who are destined for great things in this industry. In 5 or 10 years time, we want to look back at our 2019 Top 50 list and see that you were right; these people have exceptional talents.
How do I nominate someone?
The Top 50 SDRs in the UK list is focused on SDRs or BDRs that overachieve at everything they do. The ones that are making a name for themselves — the best in the business.
All we need to know is their name, LinkedIn profile and a really short explanation on why you want to nominate them.
Anyone can nominate anyone they like to be on our list. Click HERE to make your nomination.

How will you decide the winners?
Once all the votes are in, we’ll tally them up and compile a list of the Top 50 SDRs in the UK.
We’ll unveil the top 50 and announce the winners on June 19th, at our exclusive SDR & BDR event in partnership with Venatrix.
Why are we doing this?
The short answer is our other top 50 lists always create a massive buzz in the industry and shine a spotlight on the fantastic talent that exists here.
The longer answer is that we started Sales Confidence to be the voice of the SaaS sales community in the UK. We’re proud of the role we salespeople play in building innovative, disruptive organisations. We’re proud of the role our businesses play in growing the UK economy.
What better way to show our pride than by celebrating the top practitioners in our industry?
Sales is the lifeblood of any company. The SaaS sector is booming. New startups are founded every day. It’s clear that we’ve got some incredible sales talent in our industry. We want to promote these extra-special people, up-and-coming talent as well as the people at the top.
Who could it be?
It’s time to tell us who you think are the 50 best SDRs and BDRs in the UK. Who is that individual who is killing it? Who is the person who inspires everyone?
