With more than 1,200 customers in 50 countries, including Coca Cola, Honeywell and Johnson & Johnson, the Showpad Sales Enablement Platform streamlines regional and global compliance, security and administration requirements for organizations of any size.
Founded in 2011, Showpad has its HQ in Belgium. Its last round of funding was Series C in 2018, attracting investment from Insight Partners. It currently employs around 500 people across the globe.
What I like about Showpad is that it knows that true innovators never stand still. It’s why it invests 28% of its annual revenues into R&D.
Jim Preston is Showpad’s main man in London. His title is Director of Sales for UK, Ireland and the Nordics. Since November 2018, he has been leading Showpad’s sales efforts. He calls it, ‘simply the best job in the world.’
Before joining Showpad, Jim spent 4 and a half years at a company I think you’re all familiar with, Salesforce. Jim was Regional Vice President — ECS Marketing Cloud for EMEA, managing the emerging business for Salesforce Marketing Cloud across EMEA as well as the commercial business in emerging markets.
Jim’s experience and knowledge of the power of sales technology make him a valued contributor to the Sales Confidence community. We can’t wait to have him along to one of our events soon.
